Her assistant gave me some literature and articles Ms. Ellis had written and I was able to have an understanding of Bankruptcy before I enetered the room. I had also watched the video on her web site the night before I met with her which helped a lot. When I met Ms. Ellis for my free consulation she answered all my questions and cared about my situation. When I met Ms. Ellis at the creditors meeting in Tampa, I knew what to expect because there was an actual creditors meeting on her video. After the meeting we spoke and I left feeling well taken care of. Ms. Ellis's staff is warm and friendly and have helped me a lot through this process. I am grateful to Ms. Ellis and her team. |

She is a true professional in every sense of the word. Completely knowledgeable in Bankruptcy Law, she answered all my questions with the utmost sincerity and poise; I left her office with a very reassured feeling.
