I was a customer for three years with only a few overdraft fees and then right before I closed my account I had about $8 overdraft and I got charged $100 in overdraft fees!!! This is just ridiculous in the economic times we are in. I could have used that money for food, gas, etc. They had no sympathy and did not value me as a customer at all when I wished to close my account...they did not care for my business...just my overdraft fees. DO NOT bank here...the company does not appreciate its customers!!!! |
